Chen Xiaoqi is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a national first-class artist, vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Chinese Painting Society, the fifth director of Qi Baishi Memorial Hall, director of Sanshe Art Museum, and a librarian of the Hunan Provincial Literature and History Research Center.
